The Code of Ethics is an integrated part of the Organisation, Management and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, implemented by Centro Fiera Montichiari, containing rules to ensure that the behaviour of those to whom they are addressed is always inspired by criteria of correctness, honesty, cooperation, loyalty, transparency and mutual respect, and to prevent conducts that favour crimes or offences for which the organisation may be held responsible.
