Gli eventi dedicati alla zootecnia

Il programma nel ring zootecnico al padiglione 6 del Centro Fiera è, come da tradizione, nella prima provincia italiana per consegne di latte (1.108.526 tonnellate prodotte fra gennaio e agosto di quest’anno, in crescita del 4,6% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2025), ricco e articolato.
In calendario, la 73ª Mostra nazionale della razza Frisona Italiana, la 14ª Mostra nazionale della razza Jersey Italiana e il 13° Open Junior Show, che sono le uniche Mostre di Libro genealogico per queste due razze specializzate da latte e hanno, oltre ad una valenza storica, un mandato istituzionale dal Ministero dell’Agricoltura per essere riconosciute come tali. Confermata, dopo il successo del 2025, la Mostra nazionale della razza Bruna, alla sua seconda edizione nel ring di Montichiari, evento che certifica l’importanza crescente all’interno del sistema produttivo, grazie anche alle spiccate vocazioni nella resa casearia e alla sua grande adattabilità e rusticità, che rende la Bruna una delle razze più idonee ad essere allevate anche nelle zone collinari e di montagna.

Fra gli eventi di richiamo della Fazi, non mancheranno le gare di giudizio dedicate agli studenti degli istituti agrari della Penisola e che coinvolgono puntualmente oltre 1.500 giovani per confrontarsi su morfologia e bellezza delle bovine. Un evento che coniuga formazione, evento espositivo e didattica e che si conferma uno strumento in grado di coinvolgere “sul campo” i ragazzi degli istituti agrari.
Sempre in ambito zootecnico, la Fazi ospiterà l’ottava edizione della Mostra nazionale di Registro Anagrafico della specie cunicola. L’evento, promosso dall’Associazione Nazionale Coniglitori Italiani (Anci), vedrà la partecipazione di allevatori iscritti al registro anagrafico provenienti da tutto il territorio nazionale.
